Amal ("hope" in Arabic) is very young when her father gets kidnapped as they cross the border between Syria and Lebanon.

As a worker in Beirut's neighbourhoods, Amal spends her days waiting for news of her missing father, hoping that her life takes a new turn. AMAL reflects the circumstances of a current and universal reality, that of an uprooted youth.

In an effort to put some sense into what seems to be a meaningless existence, Layth - The Synaptik's (alter)ego - is allured by a mysterious whale in the sky. Layth journeys endlessly in an effort to tend to the whale as it embodies his Self. When all fails, he realizes that all is but one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively.

We dedicate our new song, Romansiyyeh Siyesiyyeh/Political Romance, to the victims of the criminal 4th of August explosion. In the midst of an atmosphere of socio-economic collapse and political oppression, we gathered together with our friends to repeat over and over again: We reject the murder of our loved ones, we reject state oppression, and we reject the totality of the corrupt Lebanese political class! "To be honest, I wanted this to be a romantic song, but ... they didn't let me!"

Offering an uplifting call to disconnect from technology and view life with optimism, “Miracle” inspires the audience to make a change and get involved with their community, since each new day is unpredictable.

This un-official music video was the fruit of a very enriching collaboration between a hand-full of colleagues from the Emile Cohl animation school and Ciné-Fabrique students, in Lyon.

Endlessly is quite a trip. It is based in a post cyber punk universe, very inspired by 80's science fiction french comics.

The storyline is pretty basic : Two lovers join their forces in order to defeat a common threat. Love conquers all !
